Ingredients:

 Honey glazed Parsnips with lime 
Serves 4 
675g (1 1/2lb) fresh parsnips cut into 4
2 tablsp unsalted butter
1 talbsp oil ( olive, sunflower, or rapeseed oil)
2 talbsp clear honey
Juice and zest of 1 lime
Juice and of ½ orange 
MethodPre heat oven to 190C/375G/gar mark 5Heat the oil in a large roasting tray until very hot then add the butter and parsnipsCoating them all and browning in the hot trayAdd the honey and stir well cook for 2 – 3 minutesAdd the lime zest and juicesPlace into a pre heated oven and roast for 35 – 40 minutesWhen ready, scatter with fresh parsley and a few lime wedges
