Baked Red Cabbage

Notes: perfect with Roast Goose or Festive Turkey
 
Ingredients:

Baked Red Cabbage in Roman Vinegar 
1 medium red cabbage thinly sliced
2 medium red onions thinly sliced
2 bramley cooking apples peeled cored and sliced
1 tablsp brown sugar
4 floz (120ml) Roman vinegar
3 talbsp  water
Salt and pepper Method Mix all the ingredients together and place into a casserole or oven proof dishCover with foil then place into a pre heated oven at 160C/ for approx 1 hour or until the cabbage is tender
