Strawberry Yorhurt Ice Cream

Ingredients:

100g (4oz icing sugar
350ml (12 fl oz) natural yoghurt
4tblsp lemon juice
300g (11oz) fresh pureed strawberries
2tblsp Grand Marnier
150ml (1/4pt) cream.
 
Method:

1. Whisk the cream until light

2. Mix together all the ingredients

3. Place into an ice-cream machine and freeze
