Sweet Wild Rice



Preparation Time:
 
Notes: May be served hot or cold
 
Ingredients:

125g (4 ½ oz) Wild rice
125g (4 1/2oz) Basmati rice
50g (1 3/4 oz) Natural yoghurt
1 tsp local honey Juice and zest of lime
 
Method:

1. Cook the rice separately – by boiling
2. Drain both rice and place together in a bowl
3. Add the yoghurt, honey, juice and zest of the lime
4. Mix together, reheat and serve
