Crepes



Preparation Time: 5 mins + 1 hour resting
 
Notes:
 
Ingredients:

200g ( 7oz) plain Flour 

350ml (12floz) Milk 

150ml (1/4 pint) water 

¼ tsp salt 

2 tblsp sugar 

5 eggs 

 2 egg yolks 

 50g (2oz) butter (clarified)  
 
Method:

1/ Make batter by adding the eggs and water to the flour  and beating till smooth, then add the milk to form a soft batter add the salt and sugar and finaly gently pour in the melted butter Cover and leave to rest for 45 mins - 1 hour.
