Skewered Turkey

Ingredients:

400g (14oz) Turkey Breast
½pt (300ml) Natural Yoghurt
1 fresh Chilli (red, dressed and diced fine)
1 Onion (chopped fine)
2 tsp Ground turmeric
2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
Grated rind and juice of 1 lime


 
Method:


  1. Dice the turkey and place into a bowl.

  2. Blend together all the other ingredients ands pour over the turkey.

  3. Leave in the marinade for 8 hours or overnight.

  4. Place the turkey onto skewers.

  5. Heat a griddle pan and cook of - brushing with a little marinade every so often.

  6. Serve whilst hot with whipped butter.
