Quick chilli apple chutney

Ingredients:


  • 30ml Macadamia nut oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Cooking apple ( peeled cored and diced) 

  • 2 dessert apples, peeled, cored and sliced

  • 1 red chilli, seeds removed, finely chopped

  • 30ml Alan Coxon`s Roman vinaigre  

  • 45ml apple juice

  • small bunch Coriander, chopped


 To make the chutney, heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes until golden.

3. Add the apples, chilli, vinegar, sugar, and apple juice. Stir and leave to simmer for 5 minutes

4. Add the coriander, remove from the heat and set aside
 
Method:
