Rum Butter Grog

Ingredients:

 Serves 4 - 6 750ml 


(1 1/3 pint) apple cider
100ml (3 ½ fl oz) rum
20g ( ¾ oz) butter
3 tsp sugar
1 cinnamon stick
Lemon peel 


 

 
Method:

Method


1/ Place the apple cider in a pan with all the other ingredients and warm through

2/ When hot, but not boiling, turn off heat and leave to steep for

 3 – 4 minutes before straining and serving
