Two Way Florida Lime Nuoc Cham

Ingredients:

Two Way Florida Lime Nuoc Cham .

180 g  fillet of Beef ( thinly sliced)
6 Extra large jumbo King Prawn
12-15s ( de veined) Mixed with 1 tblsp corn flour
1 clove garlic crushed
1 tblsp salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tblsp lime juice
4 tblsp dry sherry.
Peanut oil for frying. Method.Blend the ingredients together and divide into two separate bowls.Place the sliced beef in one and the prawns in the other .Mix well and leave to marinate. .When ready fry in  very hot Woks until cooked For  the Lime Nuoc Cham. 180 ml Fresh Lime Juice180 ml Nam Pla2 tblsp clear Honey3 tblsp water3 cloves garlic crushed2 spring onions trimmed and finely sliced1/2 Scotch Bonnet ( finely sliced) Method1/ combine all the ingredients together and serve. 

For  the Lime Nuoc Cham. 
180 ml Fresh Lime Juice
180 ml Nam Pla
2 tblsp clear Honey
3 tblsp water
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 spring onions trimmed and finely sliced
1/2 Scotch Bonnet ( finely sliced)
