Chargrilled Avocado with Marinated King Prawn

Fresh Chargrilled Avocado with Marinated King Prawn  Serves 4 
1 avocado, firm but not overripe, (allow a quarter of avocado per portion)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp walnut or hazelnut oil
Salt and pepper
 For the Prawn 
4 king prawn (1 per person), peeled and internal tract removed
1 tbsp clear heather honey
½ tsp paprika
Juice of ½ lemon
Olive oil
½ tsp allspice
1 red chilli deseeded and diced (birds eye or thai)
Salt and pepper 

(pre-heat the coals until hot and glowing.) 
1/ Skin the avocado pear and place into a bowl.
2/ Drizzle with lemon juice, seasoning  and oil.
3/ Place onto hot grill bars and heat quickly ,
4/ Scorch for two mins then remove and keep aside.  

For the Prawn 

1/ Place all the ingredients into a bowl and add the de veined peeled prawns and mix together.
2/ Leave in the marinade for 10 – 15 minutes only
3/When ready remove, drain off the marinade and season with a little salt and pepper.
4/ Place onto the hot grill bars and cook for around 2 – 3 minutes on each side5
5/ When ready, place on top of the avocado and serve .
